Less Stress Leads To A Better Rest

In the modern world of today we are constantly being bombarded with high levels of stress and anxiety. These stresses can be physical, mental or environmental. They place an enormous strain on our physical and mental health.

Most of us are aware that excessive stress can affect our ability to think straight, our digestive system, adrenal glands and heart. Research has however shown that whenever a stressful situation arises, there is a knock on effect. Firstly stress limits the blood supply going to the stomach, this hampers the digestive system and a temporary shut down of our immune system may follow. If we are overwhelmed with stress for an extended period we are likely to experience fatigue and exhaustion.

Although it may not be possible to avoid these stress factors in our lives there is help available. hello vicky....This is the most common question I hear now a days...As you said you have the problem of acne ,you didnt mention how many years/months you are experiencing it and more over you didnt mention to what extent you consider it has damaged your skin....Before I reply ,Be very happy that Acne damaged skin can be very much reversible and no problem to worry about that .And coming to oily skin....Be very happy that your skin wont get wrinkles so soon...You have to care your oily skin a lot...Just wat you gotta do is..just keep some face tissues in your pocket and clean your face every 5 minutes...before you go out use sun screen lotion of having PF 15 ...read all the topics about acne and oily skin ....I bet u'll surely find a solution...

And comin to hair...I am sure you have dandruff....that too oil dandruff...you can't see any dandruff flakes in ur head but it makes your head so much oily and thereby blocking your hair roots from getting nutrition thus finally making hair fall...

What I advice is take head bath daily wid a low chem based shampoo ...Dont use helmet for some days..Atleast try to take it out once in a while you drive ..I mean just take out for a minute and continue...this may sound different..But thats alll u can do if u want to reduce hair fall....
