Some of our mind expansion should be in regards to our health and slowing down the aging process. Read and study ways to keep yourself younger. Red it. Study it. Understand it. Believe it. Perform new physical exercises. Whether it be stretching, yoga, weight training, riding and exercise biking or just taking a walk. Something new and different, just do it. You will get the blood in your body moving faster.Your blood will clean out toxins, toxins that may you age.
