Immune Stimulant - For Health & Longevity Choose Rosemary Oil

Strengthen your immune system with Rosemary essential oil; one of the best oils to choose for health and longevity. Here’s why, along with the methods of application I recommend and other essential oils to choose for making a powerful immune stimulant blend.

ROSEMARY ( Rosmarinus Officinalis ct. cineole ) - A fresh, clean, powerful and herbaceous aroma that's reminiscent of Eucalyptus. Rosemary cineole's fragrance is strongly penetrating to the senses.

A strong antiviral Rosemary cineole is known to stimulate the immune system and is excellent for treating colds and flu.

Rosemary's antiseptic and anti-infectious properties are supportive to a healthy functioning immune system.

Rosemary oil disinfects the respiratory system and sinus passages and stimulates blood circulation. Rosemary cineole has a clearing and energizing effect when inhaled and is helpful for treating respiratory conditions.

Rosemary has been used traditionally as a universal healing herb and it was a chief ingredient in medicines made by the alchemists and early scientists like Paracelsus.

METHODS OF APPLICATION:

1) DIRECT INHALATION is the method used most in Germany and the one I primarily uses for best therapeutic results.

PLEASE NOTE: Stimulating circulation of your blood, lymph and nerve flow through rhythmic breathing in conjunction with inhalation of aromatic oils enhances their delivery into your system!

FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS - Dispense 1-3 drops of oil onto a cotton ball or a tissue. Slowly introduce the oil into your system by breathing them in for 30-60 seconds. Close your eyes and inhale. Breathe in slowly and pause briefly on your inhaled breath. Then slowly exhale, letting go of any tension. Repeat this slow, rhythmic breathing five more times. Allow yourself to relax for a moment into a feeling of well-being.

Aromatic oils stimulate your olfactory nerves which send a signal to your brain's neuro-receptors, triggering numerous electro-chemical responses.

Through cellular respiration, or breathing, aromatic vapors enter the lungs for immediate release into the blood stream for distribution to every cell in your body. Research shows that essential oils will remain in your bloodstream for up to 4-6 hours.

2) AROMATIC MIST - Use as a room spray and deodorizer. DIRECTIONS - To 4 ounces of distilled water add 80-120 drops of your essential oil, shake well and spray

PLEASE NOTE: There are many cheap, synthetic copies of aromatic oils, but these are not recommended for therapeutic use. For best results purchase the highest quality oils you can possibly find. Use certified organic essential oils, or oils that have been tested and are pesticide free.
